How do I know if my harness is correctly fitted?

Answer
The simple answer is to get some training on this. However a couple of things you should ensure are that the belt part comes above your hips so as to be above your centre of gravity and the second is to ensure that if it is not the zip-lock type that you have re-threaded the buckle so that it makes a “C” for closed and not an ”O” for open.
